Joan was born and raised in Miami. She has over twenty-five years in full time Real Estate sales with career sales volume of over $250 million. Carlos is originally from Santiago, Chile. He has over 20 years of business experience in Miami. He is a member of the prestigious Coldwell Banker Diamond Society for outstanding sales volume.
Carlos is fluent in Spanish & English with a working knowledge of Portuguese, French and Italian. He is considered a Luxury & Waterfront Specialist with extensive knowledge of Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Brickell, and the South Miami area. Carlos has been a pioneer in incorporating Real Estate and Technology.
Jamie is a Miami native. After receiving her Bachelors Degree from the University of Notre Dame, she served as Operations Director of a Marketing Firm in Boston for five years. Jamie decided to return to the sunshine and help her mother (Joan!) with the thriving Real Estate market.
